This eight-hour workshop provides an in-depth look at the execution portion of the Demand Driven Operating Model including operational metrics, control point scheduling, time and capacity buffer management and the struggle between cost and flow in operations. The workshop is ideal for those who are challenged with operational scheduling and wish to gain a full appreciation of the entire DDOM.
Prerequisite: Must have attended a Demand Driven Planner workshop. This workshop is really an extension of the DDP workshop.
